I don't think it is the car's fault... the car had its tuning signal on before the biker even got into the lane. So, when the car was turning the biker swerved in causing the crash. I also noticed that the biker was in the car's dead spot, meaning he couldn't really see him

lanesplitting is illegal for this exact reason in my country. Driver couldn't see the bike who came around too fast and out of nowhere. As a biker I would never put myself in that situation. Just a little more patience and the driver would have moved so the bike could overtake in the left lane no problem.

Edit: if you guys think he isn’t in the wrong well so are you becuase he clearly was too close and lane splitting in an obvious area where shouldn’t have been. Riding a motorcycle requires common sense.

Point 1- Driver at fault for breaking the law and crossing the line.
Point 2- Motocyclist needs to predict traffic behavior a little better, always consider cars can cross the painted line at any moment. Should have kept a little more distance and be ready to brake, reaction was extremely slow.
