The "no refund policy" issue is tricky. I can sympathize with the person supplying the content because it would be so easy for them to get ripped off (customer buys the content then totally makes up a hardship story and asks for a refund), but it also seems that sometimes they should make an exception and provide the refund. I don't think I could live with myself if I wasn't ever willing to consider someone's circumstances and refund their money - or at least release them from paying out the rest of a contract.

Doing your make up and commentating on scams is not rude by any means whatsoever that person is just being petty

It is so gross and icky. I was “sucked in” to the hype before. But now my eyes are wide open. Thank you for this content.

Ouch. I feel that person pain on losing so much money on “snake oil” coaching.

Interesting to hear about the no refund policy ! That sounds crazy !

I think these “coaches” use profanity to see more relatable and genuine.. they are coincidentally neither of those things.

The no refund policy is probably because the coach already spent the money on her own lifestyle.

I think the coaches do the videos during normal business hours because they know the target people are at work and therefore can't jump in with real questions and put them into focus.

Online coaching is very difficult - both for the coaches and clients. The most fulfilling experiences have been those I've experienced IRL first (coaches and clients I met in real life first and met in person). Lots of original coaching and content is key, however the occasionally referral to another's content is not unusual, especially when it is discussed and experiences unpacked during next 1:1.

The live sessions with content creators in other time zone are also challenging (lots of midnight - 3am my time sessions). I register when free and watch replays, sometimes.

Lots of good coaches out there, but do your vetting and google "coaches name reviews" and read the good, bad and ugly. Makes me sick to think about these scams.

Abother thing about having really weird times available could be due to 1) you just honestly have no other available time spots or ... 2) you want to display a sense of "scarcity, " making it seem like your time and services are valuable and difficult to obtain, thus making people more likely to buy in.

Why do people pay this money when they can have proper therapy and help for less by proper people 😕

Does a life coach even have the authority to report a customer to the 3 major credit bureaus?! It’s not like the customer’s Mastercard was sent off to collections. 🙄 Even if they can report it, they probably wouldn’t even know how to as an individual. But in the off chance that they do, I’d be willing to charge people $2 to teach them how to dispute this with each credit bureau. Satisfaction guaranteed! 🤣

It is icky and I will be a prude with you. I'm all for key words in titles to get clicks. However it needs to be clean & accurate!

Are there not consumer protection laws there? If somebody is selling something and not providing what they offered, you should be able to get a refund. Not sure about the US and Canada but in Australia there is a government body that you can report to. (Obviously with coaching services it can be a bit hard to prove, but business coaching should be more clear cut)

I don't think it's disrespectful that you do your makeup while reading stories and recording these videos, I just have no idea HOW you do it. You are a multi-tasking ninja. Someone's just jealous.

While listening to what the scam was about I went one page down so I wouldn't see you applying makeup. I am a dude and it's just like seeing another dude shaving. Nobody needs to see that! It belongs to private, personal care and in my opinion shouldn't come out or be broadcasted. WHY!! Not the most appealing view AND TOTALLY UNNECESSARY.
Once I heard the idea of the scam while keeping the 1 "PgDn" I say "Thanks for the information, Imma head out" 🤗🤠
