Learning how to use a lead for feature finding

Following on from the live feed, You asked me to do a video about leading to find feature in a lake.
This is a basic video talking about counting the drop of the lead down and comparing the time to actual depth.
It's only Basic info because you've go to learn the feel and control of the lead as it falls through the water.
dong means hard and clear ground and soft landing means light weed or silt plus no feel means thick weed.

Good vlog mate even though I use a marker I learnt something in topography ie the seconds counting. Thank you.

6 feet. You have take the marker float into account aswell

Good Vlog, but I think you should go a bit more in depth ( pardon the pun). Different leads and sizes, weed, rod position, etc.

Are you not taking into account the length of the marker and boom? so really it’s 6ft...
