I need this. My nephew is a little turd and he pissed me off so bad the other day I said I was going to hurt him. I felt terrible after that and realized I need to work on my anger.

As someone with a 'quicksilver' temper trigger, I need this. Anger has been an issue in my life since I was a toddler...

Dealing with my anger is probably the most difficult thing I have done.
Not only is it difficult to forgive those who have wronged me, but it’s even more difficult to forget their sins, and even worse, their pride and arrogance.
They always think that they’re better than me. They always look and act so superior, and I can’t stand it.
And that’s my problem.
Just by being angry at them for their pride, I myself am being prideful. Just by being upset by their superiority complex, I myself am falling victim to my own superiority complex.
I am not innocent of the very sins I am enraged by, and I understand that that is precisely the reason it makes me so upset.

My method of dealing with them is not by confronting the sinner, but by confronting the sin.
It’s not a human that I am being attacked by, it’s a sin.
When an atheist says that there is no God, I want to learn to confront the argument rather than the person.
What facts prove that there is a God? What points can I present to counter this aggressive claim? And most of all, how can I quell the pride that separates our hearts?

One thing that I have noticed is that if there is no pride or superiority in an argument, there is no argument at all. It’s called a civil debate, and I actually really enjoy partaking in those.

Hi there! Religious or not, you are AMAZING and loved by God. In fact he loved you so much that he sent his son, Jesus, to die on the cross. Now, all you have to do is accept him and repent from your wrongdoings. Here is a verse about faith:

Hebrews 12:1 - “ So we have many people of faith around us. Their lives tell us what faith means. So let us run the race that is before us and never give up. We should remove from our lives anything that would get in the way. ”

YOU ARE AMAZING AND HAVE AN AMAZING DAY!!! 😎✝️🙂❤️😁
