i am prediabetic and have ckd 3..my problem is that i get stomach acidity if i dont eat roti chawal..i want to fast but again stomach acidity does not let me fast.i get scared that my ulcer will get worse.so should i eat complex carbs like chana chat etc i am female age 71..obese..😥
