Both are skippable if you absolutely must. Both are additions to the game that enhance their teams in ways that are valuable differently.

Broly is a support designed to be helpful for content where you need that out the gate support and revive. With 3 or so teammates leaning to the squishier side of things he adds a safetynet when fights get back to where you reach the last phases around turn 5-7. Once he revives hes a longstanding support that wont throw the fight and you can float him around without worrying.

Gohan, enables some tech with damage ceilings and nuking. And will hit absolutely insane numbers for a damage dealer and can swap into his standby and be a great tank. If you need this playstyle he's gonna enable you to bring more support and less damage.


The way I view it is if you're absolutely behind on damage for your teams get gohan he will be able to be the sole damage dealer on the team and still carry the damage.

If you don't need damage and have the broly team setup broly is a great asset because he'll reduce the chances your run ends early due to stuff like locking or seals or stuns because he can allow you revive later in a fight.

I agree with your assessment, I do think I prefer Gohan as a whole from kit, to animations. But Broly is more useful for his more limited teams and just has a way better value banner with NY and GW dokkanfests on it.

I'll go for Broly and pick up teq Broly as the best part of pity is enabling us to pick up a carnival Lr even if we exclusively summon on the dokkanfest one.

20 stones, no content to do atm, whatever got seen incoming from part 2 are like 20 stones of events and cash gone. I would love to pull them but i can't even try, can't even get pity after 6 rotations and ofc a whole 3 ticket packs for almost 80€ didn't five coins too. If devs won't decide ti finally release hundreds of stones, this celeb is good as gone already for me.

Broly’s one of my favorite characters and I have the part 1 teq lr at 69% so I’m going all in for the int lr. I don’t have the trio so I don’t mind missing out on Gohan and i plan on hard saving after WWC for 10th Anni anyway so Ill just grab them with coins then. Not too sure who I’m gonna use my rainbow tickets on though especially considering my luck with those always sucks

No choice but to pretty much skip, no new content, no part one units pulled, no stones left since anni pretty much (to be fair I did try to summon at least once on teq UI and Cell Max (and I’m really sad about Cell Max tbh, I really wanted him, but only got one summon in due to the literal lack of any stones recently) before this but hell, earlier this year I was able to go for one or two summons and still break even with a new unit in tow), no farming left, awful celebration so far. So unless they drop like 4 ezas, a bunch of missions like the full type teams ones or category missions on the hopefully soon blue zone that maybe won’t take twenty minutes to exhaust and something to actually do more than log on for dailies, then I might feel okay doing a round for broly cause the carnival banner is straight garbage for me compared to the festival, even with both of the Gohans in there. It’s honestly killing the drive to keep playing recently.

1100 stones ready to go. I've been damn lucky this anni. Gotten every single unit, Toppo aside, for great numbers. Came into anni at 2200 stones and to be at 1100 at the end of WWDL is the best I've ever done in Dokkan. Good luck to those summoning!

Even with stones respectfully this is an easy skip. The 10 year anniversary is in January due to the sync up with Japan.

A decade is a huge milestone so I’m expecting something big plus all these new units I’m sure are bound to release around that time too.

One would be mad or just plain stupid to skip this Broly imo.
He has 3 category lead and he covers so much of extreme catgeory teams, extreme category lacking of op units in comparison to super units, so he will be carrying around the extreme category i feel like for a long time. Who knows maybe i'm wrong, but i just feel he is a much needed unit for the extreme category!
Not to mention a "must" and makes for an OP team if you have all the other OP and EZA'd Broly units which i do 😁🤗😅

Imo it depends on every ones situation. If you have teq broly only then summon for broly fs. If you have trio only then gohan can be a good shout. If you have none then depends on your box but i would say broly either way. If you have both part 1 LRs then both are very reasonable. I think gohan is great but i think broly adds more in terms of banner, LS and boosts to extreme teams.

Still not sure what I should do. I really want the Broly but I also need stones for Heroes and we don't know how many EZA's will get in Part 2 and 3...
BTW, can we please appreciate how awesome the "Dokkan" looks on Broly's banner? THat's pure metal.

maybe it's the best wwc in terms of LRs, animation, strenght, team, ecc but we probably not gonna see a top grossing, we barely got it in part 1 but with new coin pity system and the atrocius drop rates these new banner are sure a summon option but most of players are with 0 stones and don't wanna pay, so, best wwc but not well menaged in terms of greedyness

Fuck all this summon or skip shit, I just did my 700 stone summon and got 3 gohan’s and 2 broly’s.now I’m on the fence about either getting a 3rd broly from coins or my first copy of the new ssj trio from part 1
