It says my it admin has not allowed for this for buying Microsoft I'll repeat the message. Your organisation doesn't currently allow its users to purchase Microsoft Powerapps for developer. Contact your it admin for more information. So I want to know, is this free developer plan or not?

Tried it many times and it WOULD NOT WORK. I spent hours trying and it would not work. Could not even get Microsoft in chat or on the phone to get help. However, when I went to set up a paid account that worked just fine!

This is not working for me. Why did Microsoft make this so complicated? If they wanted you to buy a subscription, then they should have just said so. Don't lie and tell people that you can get a free account.
