I initially posted a critical comment here saying that GM should have given this more horsepower thinking that it would have the same horsepower as the FWD, but it turns out Chevy gave the RWD 340 hp which is pretty healthy even for a vehicle of this size and weight. I test drove the AWD variety and found it adequate at 288 hp. Not as much as I want, but it did okay on the highway. I think people will find the FWD to be a bit of a dog if Chevy actually ends up offering it with horsepower figures I’m seeing.
