There are standing you can find it in nowwhere like the item next to the allien letter or moss egg ( it looks like a radio) or next to the sting egg or next to the striped egg(looks like a shouvel).It stands in the book. Is the tidal breaker shovel better than the claw shovel? And will the tidal breaker shovel price and level requirement ever change? I haven't finished all the collection on atlantis so i rly don't know if the price and level requirement is the same as you've shown
