This Tech Demo has been wrapped into a full free game:

This is just a really basic test I set up to connect my razer hydra to blender 3D as a motion capture / motion gaming interface.

I plan on making a set of 5 games all taking full advantage of razer hydra motion control -including a few designed exclusively for 3D projector gaming.

If you are interested in getting a copy of this current blender file / setup, let me know. If you have no knowledge of blender or python, or don't have a razer hydra, this won't do you any good.

The razer hydra isn't perfect, but it's very fun, and really does make you feel like you're in the game... and for most games, that's all most folks need. Professional gamers who only play to grind away noobs with painstaking precision probably won't feel this is high enough quality. However, I've already made top rankings, and I've only had it two weeks.

you're free to mod my games to do that =)
I don't have one, so requiring it, a hydra, and a 3D display would be a bit crazy for the average player to get their hands (and feet) on.

I want to see a lightsaber game with this where you have a 3D person view and have to block blaster fire with your lightsaber as well as block and slash!
A new better version of die by the sword would be awesome =)

what do you think about a wii balance boar as realistic walkig controller ( the code would be written with the ratio of the pressure data so it wouldn't count the weight and it would be posible for using while sitting)

=) I'm not sure I want to release this exact one, because it uses some pretty messed up physics to trick it into working... However I'm working on a nearly exact copy of the game with proper code, and plan to release something today or tomorrow. (and perhaps, release the sword game as well.)

oh believe me, I even tried to download the low res pack. The only problem i see with this is force feedback, if someone blocks your hits, how do you keeping the sword from going through anyways without total immersion destruction? Lol
