Really wish DDP would've gotten more support when he went to wwe. Such a great personality and wrestler.

They buried DDP before he could even have a chance to have a good run. Him and the rock would have been great

DDP is hands down one of the most original wrestlers ever. His energy and swag just looked effortless.

That unfilmed, unplanned, Rock/DDP locker room promo is better than almost everything WWE has done in the last 5 years.

How we didn't get "People's Champ" vs "People's Champ" during the Invasion Era, I'll never understand. Could have been PPV main event material.

I met The Rock in a really similar way. I was outside his hotel room and said ‘I wanna meet you while you’re wet and soapy’. The lawsuit was costly but I don’t regret a thing

This should've been the feud during the invasion angle

DDP may seem a little wiley at times. But I think he has done tremendous things for the business. And his dedication to helping older wrestlers with the numerous injuries and pain over the years show he really cares not just about the business. But the people who sacrifice their bodies and their time for it too.

Nov 20 1999 for anyone wondering. WWF did a House Show that night at the Skydome and WCW had the Mayhem PPV the following night at the Air Canada Centre.

Absolutly love Dally, not just for his career and his interviews but also his services to wrestling. The guy is just pure positivity. The industry needs more of that

I heard this story many times. Never gets old, and I wish those two actually did something together on TV.

Man, an Austin vs DPP angle in '98, '99 would have been something. DDP working heel in Vince's faction. Then work with Rock, and then proper feud with Taker. He would have been perfect in the Attitude Era... Just more fantasy booking that goes through my head.

Just watched the whole thing with DDP and would love it if Stone Cold invited him a second time.
