I ran across your videos a few weeks ago. I’m 65 and the pace and choreography are what I need. So much to love about the videos. You keep your intros short, and don’t talk during the workout, love your mom working out with you and love the cats hanging around. Thanks.

I’m almost 71 and this workout makes my body not hurt! Wish I had the rhythm you two have, but it’s fun even without the great hip moves. Y’all are awesome!

I underestimated this workout and thought this won't make me sweat.
38:14 minutes later: Gasping for air and sweating like a pig! This would be in the lists of my new faves of walk and dance workout routine. Thank you so much! 🙂

What an awesome workout, Keoni and Mom! It was fun to hear the oldies again! I am age 72, so I heard these songs when they were first released! Your choreography is spot on. I am happy to be able to say that I can still keep up with the beats per minute throughout the workout. Heart rate: 138 average bpm, 174 peak. I feel energized! This is one of my favorites. Thank you! 🙏 💜 🏃‍♀️ 💪

Thank you! Could you do a longer (3000-5000) workout of all 1960s Motown and R&B? It’s one of my fave musical genres and would be so much fun to step and dance to!
