Why are the cities in the native games so small, yet they are so big in eso. I hope they fix this for elder scrolls 6. I don't wanne live in a world with 1k bandits and guards but only "massive" cities with like 20 citizens at most.

Still remains my favorite DLC of ESO. Dragons, Elsweyr and Khajiit. 3 of my favorite Elder Scrolls things. I was never really a big necromancy person, but I can still appreciate it for what it is and how the devs took their time to craft another unique class
