I bought this gimbal and i like it specially for the price , i have not played with AI tracking yet which i think it will be more useful if I can dedicate a button in the gimbal its to start tracking a person in front of a camera if I'm filming instead of let the talent do the guture thing, the new dji rs4 mini has this feature, i hope the developer will add it to firmware update

Hi, I recently bought the feiyutech scorp 2 thinking that it can take weight upto 2.5 kilogrammes. I tried to balance my Sony a7iii with samyang 35-150mm f2-2.8 lens. The total weight is less than 2 kilogrammes. But the gimbal doesn't balance it. I tried it with the counter weights but it doesn't work. Please advise what can I do now?
