Aerial Silks Tutorial: How to Tie a Knot

A knot is a great tool for learning aerial silks. You can practice your inversions, as well as gain confidence with balance and familiarity with the fabric. It's also a great place for starting to learn drops.

*Knot tutorials coming very soon! Be sure when you invert in the knot that the fabric goes to the inside of your legs, it should rest on your inner thigh. Don't bring your legs all the way through and hook them to the outside as there will be nothing holding you and you can fall very easily.
