The 10 BEST part-time Jobs for retirement that pay $30-$50/hour with health insurance!!
Are you between the ages of 55 and 67 and would like to retire early?? It is better to delay taking social security until the age of 67 to maximize your income streams. The best option is to resign from your full-time career, start taking a pension or annuity, work a well-paying part-time job with health insurance, and turn your hobby into a small business. I am a retired school teacher, single mom, from the mountains of East Tennessee, and currently a waitress, but I will be retiring with a MILLION dollars in assets and $10,000/month at the age of 67.

The key is MULTIPLE INCOME STREAMS!! I am receiving a pension from teaching, an annuity at 59, income from my part-time job ( average of $47/hour), and eventually social security at the age of 69. I am also turning my hobby into a small business as a retirement and health coach.

Please tell me about part-time jobs that you would like to work in early retirement??

Did you know that the major hotel chains like Hilton and Marriott pay full health, dental, and vision insurance, high hourly wages with tips, weekly pay, free meals, free uniforms, free parking, matching 401 K, flexible work hours, and HUGE discounts on hotels rooms, resorts, and rental cars!!!! I am making 50% more working for a luxury hotel with better benefits than I did as a special education teacher with 22 years experience.

Very good. Lots of practical suggestions. I'm left behind in this university community in Chicago City 4 miles from Downtown that have lots of luxury hotels. Can you give me any tips about how to get in the door to these luxury hotels? It's always been "That a Corporate HR area". Should I just go in and try to talk to the restaurant breakfast manager. Maybe I should try to be a manager.

My experience as a Chicago history, architecture and tour guide working for corporate tour companies has been mixed. I loved the job, but it's extremely easy to get fired and just treated with disrespect by corporate managers. There is huge turn over and corporate is mostly looking for very good looking young actors. I recommend never doing a solo tour especially with an older woman as it comes off less as a tour and more of a "date" . Lots of these women are just not happy with life, don't like men and they will nit pick, not listen to your performance and try to get the tour guide fired.
