Coroner identifies man killed in southeast Indianapolis triple shooting during gun sale

IMPD is investigating a triple shooting on the southeast side of Indianapolis Thursday night. One man was killed and two others were injured in the incident.

The shooting was reported shortly before 9 p.m. Jan. 2 in the 3200 block of Capsella Lane, near South Arlington and Troy avenues. Officers located three men who had been shot at the scene.

One man was pronounced dead at the scene, while the two others were taken to local hospitals in critical condition, an IMPD spokesperson said.
