About BCRF's Prevision Prevention Initiative

BCRF is committed to supporting prevention research that takes a personalized approach and has developed the Precision Prevention Initiative (PPI), with phase one launched in 2019. Now, building on the great success of the first set of projects, BCRF is embarking on the next phase of PPI to support more bold and innovative research and continue accelerating breast cancer prevention. Our goal is to translate the incredible power of precision medicine to prevention—tailoring prevention strategies based on an individual’s genetics, environment, and lifestyle—to stop breast cancer before it starts.
