For anyone wondering the school costs 1$/month

I recommend buying it if you’re completely lost in your workouts and are a complete beginner, as the information in the books will help you get a feeling of what calisthenics is about, how to schedule your routine and fix your training methods.
However, if you’ve been training for a while, most of the things in the books won’t be all that useful as you probably already know most of it.
You’ve also got access to a community, (which you could also get access to by joining a discord server) but it’s helpful regardless.

I increase my basics with weighted pull ups and dips with 40kg with dips and 25kg with pullups and all with 10 reps and so in only 1 and half month
Then i do only skills and learned the full front lever hold in only 1 week good form 4 seconds
And my routine is
Push 100% intensity
Pull 100% intensity
Push 50% intensity
Pull 50% intensity
Push 80% intensity
Pull 80% intensity
And then leg day
It seems exhausting but the 50% intensity its like a rest day but to make the body used to the position and adapt to it and by 50% means the reps sets and SECONDS hold are half the session i did in the 100% intensity
