We were there in August and used hot tubs regularly. Great at night after a long park day. Also we used them a lot during rain showers (not lightening storms). If we were at the pool and it started to rain we waited it out in the hot tub. Loved it

It would be great if you guys explained what you mean by some things you say that non-DVC, soon-to-be, or new-DVC owners don’t have prior knowledge of. Such as: “incentives bringing the price down, but Disney never reduces the price, ” or the times you’ve said these announcements would impact the resale price, up or down. You have so much helpful info, but as someone who was looking to buy resale and wasn’t already an owner, your show is fairly geared towards current multi-contract owners (often FL resident). You guys are the best source of info out there! Just speaking from a very different place and how you could potentially be more helpful to those like me: seriously interested, looking to buy, needs DVC info, looking into resale, not current owner, etc.

Just want to point out re the Riviera point chart comparison : a Riviera studio sleeps 5, while the Poly tower studio only sleeps 4. (But the original longhouse studio sleeps 5 - weird!). So Riviera studio probably has better value in terms of lower points + number of guests.

I don’t think they would ever just restrict the resort monorail to resort only guests because cast members actively push people over to the resort monorail during the busiest times, if they did do that my guess would be they would run more express monorails and reduce the trains on resort side so it would still take about the same time as a resort guest, it would be much better to allocate cars for the different resorts however that would cause a complete backup at the loading station because there are only two ways you can go front or back and there are 3 monorail resorts so I think it will just continue to be a mess unfortunately

What are the chances the Poly even becomes available to a potential new owner for direct purchase?

I remember seeing a video of the Presidential suite at Polynesian. Yes, it's a 2 bedroom, but it's 2 story And the inside of that room is just absolutely majestic. The main bathroom also is CRAZY LUX. I remember thinking to myself that its too bad I can't book with points.
Considering the cost of these Penthouse Studios Is it possible that maybe they're going to be replicating the Presidential Suite?

I don't understand the point differences between the tower and the tower inventory villas. One villa costs significantly less in points than the inventory villas. No platform is talking about this and when I obtained as much info as I could directly from the official DVC website (reps give false information on the phone), it seems as though construction is still occurring on the inventory villas and no one has been able to film these yet or have access. However, it's opening in December so I wonder if I misinterpreted that. So, what are the differences other than points? If I booked an inventory villas at the more economical point rate, is it not going to be anything as nice as the villas we all have seen thus far?

Humbly, we own five hundred points, both direct and resale on four deeds (direct points were added to an existing resale membership), and I do not feel comfortable or confident (trend these buzz words :) ) booking the Poly Tower at those high point rates while knowing there's also some ominous differences- Points are too high here.

We were wondering about parking. We live nearby and drive to WDW. Will there be sufficient parking? What about transportation? Can the boats and monorail handle the many new guests?
