as a point of discussion, I think you're underselling Arc Reactor. IM is usually flipping up into utter mayhem, and being able to ready to do any combination of thwart/attacking to stabilize the board is super valuable, even if it's only for a turn so you can flip back down safely on the following turn. It's probably the only upgrade I've never once mulled away (maybe I just overvalue it lol)
