Honestly I don’t ever hate gen alpha’s for being like Sephora 10 year olds, it’s mostly the parents fault for letting them consume that content

I honestly think its so scary that children fresh out the womb are using wrinkle removal creams and stuff. Its so sad that this new generation will probably never have a traditional childhood that doesn’t revolve around the internet. The parents are also partly to blame since its your job as a parent to protect your kid and teach them right from wrong. Thanks for covering this btw i love seeing you cover various topics and make them 10x more interesting with your commentary. Your videos are always such a good break from reality for me <3

When I was that age my only “skincare” was picking out my eye crust- 😭

my brothers are like “i’m so glad you aren’t a sephora kid.”
i didn’t even know that sephora was a thing before tiktok 😭

its terrifying that children that dont even HAVE ALL THEIR TEETH YET are being labeled as "skincare influencers"...

Hoping they bring back the slime era and you see a resurgence of "no glue no borax slime" videos.. that would be so much more fun and age appropriate than this😭

I have a little gen alpha sibling myself. She’s allergic to some ingredients that are common in makeup. I see it as both a blessing and a curse.

Gen Alpha being influencers is actually terrifying...they were just born!! I didn't even know the internet existed at that age, man😭

Frank Gallagher said it best in season 10 of shameless US. “It’s womb to women these days, no room for childhood”

Im 17, and im absolutely horrified and disgusted seeing these extremely young children using such dangerous products on their skin, doing such mature things, and having nearly all their personal information out on the internet for everyone to see. these parents are the problem 100%—how could you endorse your child doing this kind of stuff ?! especially answering such personal questions online and having a 15 step skincare routine ?! these poor kids are going to really miss their youth, as they're being robbed of it. I really hope this stops...

I am so glad youtube recommended me your video. I've been losing hope for younger generations so it's refreshing to see a teen who actually THINKS and notices things are wrong with the online world. Keep up the good work! Btw pro tip for the future: if you're showing those videos that include kids, it's a good idea to blur their faces.

Thank you for the Ruff Ruffman Representation. For years I have suffered endless taunts and jeers for once loving Ruff. But alas, I have found another captured by his round glasses and nerdy personality. Thank you for bravely admitting such a taboo and underrated topic

As a Lower Gen Z, I've never even seen drunk elephant in real life, let alone stepped foot in Sephora.

I have a 7 year old sister who is nothing like these kids, and I am so glad she's having an actual childhood playing with toys and stuff. No skincare, makeup, social media, etc

Half these people who use Drunk Elephant don't even know what the word drunk means

Honestly the amount of skincare they own doesn’t make me mad, it’s the fact their parents think it’s ok to put their personal information on the internet for all the predators online to see.

I honestly miss the days where kids would search up stuff like how to became a mermaid or how to make slime without glue. I dont blame the kids for this though, the parents are the ones to blame. I genuinely don’t get how parents let their kids behave this way. A girl had slapped her dad as a dare at a store and didn’t even get yelled at/disciplined. MY JAW DROPPED 💀💀😭
