I was at the concert when this happened. I loved that it happened. I hate that he feels embarrassed by it but to me (and I'm sure many others) it was a really cute and lovely moment. It was special, you know? The way he reacted showed his personality, his humility and showed just how "human" and "down to earth" he is. Which is great to see especially in someone so famous and talented. His singing was excellent and his reaction was charming and I was glad I got to see it. It's understandable to feel embarrassed by it but I don't think he should feel bad at all. He is talented and it may sound weird to others but that break/crack in his voice sounded great to me.
