The Chery Tiggo 5x is a subcompact crossover SUV produced by the Chinese manufacturer Chery under the Tiggo crossover product series. A facelift was launched in 2019 featuring revised front and rear end designs with the front end sharing the same family front fascia with the Chery Tiggo 8.

The electrified version of the Tiggo 5X sports a turbocharged 1.5L 4-cylinder engine paired with a 48-volt mild-hybrid system. It’s a similar arrangement to the larger Tiggo 7 Pro Hybrid, and has identical power and torque ratings. This mild-hybrid crossover puts out 154 HP and 230 Nm of torque, and it shifts with a nine-speed continuously variable transmission (CVT).

Is it really adaptive cruise control? Their brochure for hybrid says cruise control only

Thank you again for a very good review...would like if you could drive it...delicately next time to get realistic KM per liter fuel numbers..The main benefit of a hybrid system is to get much high fuel economy numbers ..than just all out speed! Gas is still very expensive here in the Phil's and like6will be rising again due to economic tensions between certain nations, .and sadly the regular "consumers on the streets" around the globe are the ones who ultimately suffer! I've been a big Chery Tiggo family fan for a few yrs now...very excited that the Tiggo 5 has finally gotten upgraded like this...nothing in it's size category can match the many upscale features it has at the price Chery has placed on it!! Hoping another drive in it soon with more info from you! Especially "real...normal driving" numbers in traffic...heavy and not so much, , like cruising on the highway
