I really wish Spiders good luck with "Steelrising". "Greedfall" was a great pleasure for me, but it had it's rough edges (like all their previous titles).. But at the same time their games, at least in my eyes, really hit some sweetspot of mine. Characters, atmosphere, ... And maybe "Steelrising" will be a door opener for even more people. I wouldn't begrudge them that, tbh... :)

It's 11:20 pm in Tokyo, Hidetake leans against his kitchen counter, blowing on his cup of noodles to cool it down. It was a busy day and he's far too tired to cook. A buzzing in his pocket snaps him out of his daydreaming, he pulls out his phone. "Oh look, gameranx has a new video out, " he says as he clicks on the notification. The video play and Hidetake cannot help but smile every time "Dark Souls" is referenced. Near the end of the video there's mention of Retun to Monkey Island and Sierra games, it takes him back to his youth and sneaking into the study at night to play Phantasmogoria while his parents were asleep, and then it hits him. It's time to get to work on Bloodborne II.

I highly recommend Metal: Hellsinger's demo. It's pretty lengthy (the entire first level of the game) and it's loads of fun. It gives you a good idea of the game and it honestly feels and looks great to play. I would also like to say that it has a bunch of replayability potential with its rythm-based shooting

The only thing NBA2K23 has that peaked my interest was the fact you can now start a career in the 1980's and several other decades.

It looks like Metal Hellsinger took the best parts of Doom and focused on it. Those sequences where you fight a bunch of demons while metal music plays in the background are badass asf
