I shopped in Soho to get custom made lipstick, my brand discontinued my shade, I had some leftover and they recreated it, that is la de da shopping LOL

I used to shop in Soho all the time -- Pearl River Mart was (is??) a great place to get discounted housewares for the broke grad student that I was. Loved going down there for the vibe and the windowshopping.

When I went to NYC one of the best things was taking a subway across to the brooklyn bridge then walking across it. Then took a bus down to Coney Island and visited Nathan's.

Do not go to Macy's instead of soho 💀 all discount bin stuff in there. No real designer

So you shouldn’t go to Madame Tussauds because you could do that anywhere, but you should go to Macy’s, because those are somehow unique? Part of the whole reason to go to New York is the shopping. Should I also eat at McDonald’s to save a few dollars over the local spots? Lol

Those bike caddy guys gotta make a living too. Don’t discourage people from riding them. And how are you so sure that some of your viewers aren’t rich and soho is within their budget. There are a lot of great stores. Plus even the expensive stores have sales.

haha ok madame toussaud's is a fun trip if you live in the next state over and just want to do something fun and silly. went there ages ago. pair that with a lunch trip to jeckyll and hyde and it's a fun time all around! if you are a tourist and rarely get to visit, then no, don't go to madame toussaud's.

I actually disagree with the bit about macys. Most places have macys. If I’m in nyc I’m not going to macys because I could do that when I’m in my home city. I go to soho because they have shops and brands that we don’t have where I’m from.
