FEMWORX 2024 - Lisa Ihde

The Young Engineering Award 2023 went to Lisa Ihde from the Hasso Plattner Institute. She is a software engineer, book author, lecturer, design thinking coach, equal opportunities officer and mentor for school workshops: "Programming is not only fun, but you also make new friends and learn a tool to solve your own problems. I always feel like an inventor who can realise technical and innovative products that can have a positive impact on the world of tomorrow."
