I'm completely new to farcry, I've never played any of them. This game is huge man seriously!!!! It can be difficult but it's fair and balanced however having random animals attack in the middle of battles are hilarious.

This was actually a really good guide!
The first and last Farcry game I played was Blood Dragon and I wasn’t too sure about this game at first but after about 2 hours of getting used to the controls, how the world works and how to play the game I was hooked and I’m only about 8 hours in but as I progress it just keeps getting better and more fun to play. Definitely jumping into the DLC for this game and Farcry 4 when I’m finished with this one. Then Dying Light 2 will be out. I’m set 👍

After I liberated Dutch's island, which only takes about an hour, a buddy helped me grind out some of the multiplayer stuff; 100 kills, 10 games of this or 5 of that, and I only got to about rank 9 after like 2 hours, but cleaned up with $4000 and like 4 extra skill points. Arcade is great to do as soon as it becomes available.

Ive played every far cry game except for this one and i just finished playing every AC game in the series so i thought id send it off by playing another Ubisoft game lol this should be fun !!

But how do I disable Ubisoft notifications on PS4 version played on PS5?

When I started Far Cry 5 I got +10 large, bright red notifications popping up in the upper right corner of the screen during the WHOLE intro sequence.
It was ocmmercial items for other games. I haven't played a Ubisoft game in a long time.

Also, could anyone explain which HUD elements and other in game notification you should disable?

I have over 500 hours playing FC3. It says it all how much I like it.
I have tried to like FC5. I just feel disapointement when I play it.
No waypoint. I never know what to do next. I feel lost in it.
I also don't feel rewarded acomplishing missions.
This game has no soul. Blame it on me, I must be too old to learn new tricks.
If you have a tutorial that could change my mind, throw it this way.
