Tbh, i think that axiore's theory is true even with the fact that an admin alredy got before all this discussion. But whe can't forget an VERY IMPORTANT point on the theory, the time on the blox fruits clock show the time 21/22:11 PM, so probably the races v4 are going to be avaluble when the timer ends.

(THEORY)
i really think when the time comes to get race v4 the mirror in the middle will break and we will use mirror frag to fix it, in this case u will use yours but won't consume it and will say for example:
"You put a fragment of mirror in the broken mirror (1/4~8)"
and you will not be able to put another one, will encounter one boss inside of the entrance in the mirror after being fixed
"the mirror in the center has received enought fragments and fixed itself" (only shows up for the ones that helped for drama)
if they made it, there will be a cutscene once you get close enough and see the cloak spinning in high speed (mih references)
if you're far you will just see the cloak spinning too, but the camera won't focus on it (cutscene will last, until the cloak stop spinning), huge bell sound will occur warning anyone that didn't received the message, upon deafeating the boss inside (only spawn in full moon on the game), you will receive:
"You feel something strange happening to you"
you will get a buff status about your race for a moment, example: fish man will swim in the water 5x faster
while having this buff talk to red head and he will say:
"I see you have got a great strength, but this is not you real power, maybe you can use this strength for something that will help unlock the true form, but hurry while still the full moon!"
your timer of this buff will restart and you will need go to the temple while having this buffs (full moon in the game will give you the buff again if you lose it while going to the tree, so you don't need do the boss again, but if full moon ends you need to do the boss again).
Once you open the temple with the strength, you will unlock only the trial of the race you came with, for the other you will need do the same as the first time, but you will see levers next to the doors to pull with the buff (will not work pulling a lever from other race that is not yours in the moment).
in all trials will be inda or indra's subordinates, each trial will have the challenge about the race buffs ofc, after completing the first trial you will unlock new dialogue with red head instead talk about the awk he will say:
"Would you like to try fully mastery your race?"
If you go with a not done trial race:
"I think you are not ready to mastery your race."
after accepting the mastery you will receive a buff of the race awk that you choosed when indra boss is spawned (you need be on the castle to count), you will have the buffs while indra is spawned, you lose the buffs after leaving castle and regain if you return.
Once you defeat him the race will be awk and if you go to the red head with awk race he will say:
"You did a great job mastering your race, now enjoy it"
and there you go.

my personal theory is that u need 2 gods chalices (one for the person awakening their race and another to spawn indra) cause in sea 2 u need one fist to spawn dark beard and another one for the person awakening their yoru to v3 maybe it has smth to do with the mirror at sea of treats. try to pull the lever while u have v3 ability active, having gods chalice while its full moom and indra is spawned.

a think u need 100 X itens to get, for example, im sharkman, so i need 100 fish tailks to make it. it makes sense because os "strengh", if u have the itens, u have the "strengh" because u killed various npc's

I think it has something to do with rip indra boss because king red head said “Now go defeat that monster” I think and “that monster” may lead to indra because they are rivals and in sea 2 we see red head losing to indra so what if we actually use the clock to turn BACK Time and make red head more powerful to defeat indra and we will get reward v4 race gear 1??

In the anime mink become stronger in sulong form which happens in full moon. In the game it says when you try to pull lever "You have lack of strength to move. In conclusion, my theory is you need to transform first(depending on your race)and you will transform via event like: full moon (idk how). Then pull the lever. The things inside are rooms that leads you to your v4 race skill.

at castle in the sea the bartender says "respect is the key" maybe if u unequip all items or sum like that will make u pull the lever orr spawn indra on the night of a full moon

So the redhead says "you must undergo a trial to grab a hold of it", you probably need to find an npc or a mission in the 1st or 2nd sea because there are also full moons to prove your strength.

MY THEORY:
When the game message says "the light of the full moon peaks through the clouds" then an npc will spawn and will be hidden around the map somewhere(not sure which sea probably 3rd) and will tell you to do something for him(will probably only work if you have defeated Rip_Indra100%). When you complete the task/tasks, he will say something like "you are worthy now.."(just a guess) and then you can go and pull the lever.
Extra: Maybe the clock at sea of treats symbolizes that there is no other way for you to move ahead in "time" if you do not get stronger and I mean that as in the tasks I talked about.

Thoery:Full moon irl and in game with rip indra spawnt and v3 on all races and max lvl and active ability and defeat a certain amount of elite bosses and every boss in the gamemand unlock every new thing in the update except leopard

TRY GET 2 CHALICE THEN MAKE CHOCOLATE 1 THEN OTHER ONE FOR INDRA TRY SUMMON THEM BOTH AT THE SAME TIME AT ( FULL MOON ) AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS AT TEMPLE OF TIME OR THE MIRROR IN CHOCOLATE ISLAND

So we do not know about the Mirror Fractals let-alone what time, where we need to be, or what the trial is. Is there anything about the Race abilities that needs done or lvls on them?? Says something about being in the "light" of the FULL MOON. No Sea 1, 2, or 3 has an NPC that spawns. No Island have hidden rooms in thier trees, houses, or Mountains.
