You did amazingly well curling with the straighteners. I gave up and sold mine. I use a curling rod and can alter the level of wave easily. Your Mum recommended the marine collagen capsules and they have helped my post menopausal hair, I also take kelp, Ashwaganda and Rhodalia and they've all helped. Shampoo wise I love the OGX purple shampoo - the best by far - subtle reduction in yellow tones and no patchiness and good conditioner to at an amazing price. My styling products are more expensive I mix Windle London volume cream with Davines 5 in 1 milk. I also use the Champo scalp drops at the front and sides of my head. Most days my hair gets left to dry naturally and I get time to use the curling rod after lunch. I really rate Pantene volume hairspray and I like Moroccan oil - hair oil for my ends.

the best thing I did was get an above the shoulder blunt bob cut. It looks like I have more hair on top, and no more long stringy ends. I'll try your curling techniques too. Thanks Gemma!

My hair became lovely and wavy after 2 babies in 2 years. Now, I focus on scalp circulation. I've still got to be gentle where the attack happened, but maybe treating my head and hair more gently has helped.
I love Redken, so I'll definitely check that out.
I'm really trying to remove endocrine disruptors, so the butane/propane dry shampoo has been replaced with an all natural product.

Great video, love the new backdrop! Your hair looks amazing. I love the shampoo combo too. I use the Absolut Repair Oil 10 in 1 in the L’Oreal range and have bought several bottles of it and it’s more cost effective than the Detox hair oil but now I wonder if I’m missing out….

I use red light therapy, iRestore Professional, for my hair and a small dose of oral minoxidil. I also put prescription Ketoconazole 2% shampoo on my temple area and the front of my head for a few minutes before washing my hair. The combination has really helped my hair regrow. You are using my favorite dry shampoo, and I also love Living Proof Full Volume Root Lift. I can’t wait to try your other products, because my hair may be even more fine than yours. I love your hair no matter how you do it. I have very fine hair too, but unfortunately I can’t wear my hair like yours. I use a curling iron, teasing comb and a lot of Sebastian Reshaper Hair Spray to keep mine in place. I use L’ange products for volume. I’m definitely going to try the oil. Thanks for the tips. I am also losing my hair too and it’s starting to recede on the sides 😢 I guess it must come with age.

I like all your hairstyles, straight and liked the curled, looked soft atound the face. My hair is in terrible condition at the moment and I think its something to fo with the hair colour. When its in reasonablr condition I like a very good layeredshoulder length cut and some protection to dry it and serum. Thete's no way I could faff around with all those products. Most just end up making my hair lank. I wouldn't be able to use the spray or anything with an aerosol because the joints in my hand are weak. Finding decent hairdressers is seriously hard. I have had so many bad hairdressers, the good ones are rare. Thank you for your input though.

Thanks for the tips!! Your hair looks great but it just seems like a lot of work! I just blow dry my hair and use jumbo electric rollers. Much faster for my lifestyle!
