Note: You can use either one for Audio and CV.. it's actually just a slight difference in the taper of the knobs that is very subtle and you'd be hard pressed to distinguish each in a blind test. It really comes down to being "aimed" at a type of use but is still flexible for any signal type with the AC or DC coupling. So that and the gain difference are what sets them apart and that can be changed by request too.
