One of my favourite Christmas cookies is meringue with crushed candy cane bits added in. They look festive and taste like Christmas to me. I love the star chocolates to topper treats. I don't think I have ever seen those here.

I love the blanket sweater - so cozy. Those buttons are beautiful! Oh my gosh - those postbox toppers are so stinkin cute haha! I'm going to make my grandmother's sugar cookies for the first time at some point this week. I hope they come out as good as hers 😊

What is most impressive about this video to me is how you remember to blow out the numbered candle at the appropriate time! I believe I would walk away, forget just to come back to the candle at day like 23. Nice job!

We love baking cookies during Christmas time. We do traditional Polish gingerbread cookies, pecan and maple, dark chocolate and orange, cranberry noel, chocolate chip, almond stars plus at least one or two new types for testing ;) I store ours in metal tins with paper napkins in and they last weeks and are delicious.

Hope you will share cookies reciepies with us.

BTW if you like fruit / herbal tea Polish / Eastern European shops have usually good selection at very good prices. My fav is plum and cinnamon

Love the letter box “hats”❤. Do people just do them randomly? I’m sure you could make yourself a matching hat to the one on the snowman. 😊. Thanks for sharing your time with us, your walkabouts are fun and you seem to live in a very interesting area. Too bad you can’t get Hershey kisses there, I just bought some wrapped to look like Santa hats (RE &white) & green wrappers with colored lights.

My most nostalgic Christmas cookies are almond cookie dough that we would dye green and red and roll into candy cane and wreath twists!
