Through Our Eyes - Episode 4. Milad and Mobina, Waiting

Time is stuck in Thiva refugee camp. Milad and Mobina are brother and sister. Young refugees, like many of their peers, confined for years in places of annihilation that we call refugee camps. They are looking forward to a better future.
Milad bitterly remembers the period in which, in Iran, teachers beat him, forced him to cut his hair and pray. Mobina listens to rap music and dreams of teaching photography and dance.
When will we realize that we are ruining entire generations of young men and women of tomorrow? When will we stop making them pay for a fault they don’t have?
This video was shot in September. In recent months, Milad has opened two English classes within the camp, one for children and one for adults. Mobina, on the other hand, is carrying out her dance class for the girls of the camp who dream of one day becoming as good as she is!
