Went from 245 to 160, and have some loose skin. I’m grateful for not having a lot, knowing that most people have far more than I do. Even with as little as I have I couldn’t bear posting a picture of myself on social media, because I’m so self conscious of it. This woman is so fucking rad and brave as hell for doing that, good for her. What people forget is that the aesthetics apart of getting into better shape, but the real goal is your health, and reclaiming your life and achieving something to better yourself. I’d take her out on a date, she’s gorgeous and inspiring in my opinion, that’s wife material 👌🏻

I miss living back in the 90s. Before social media existed I didn't know how many heartless, cruel, stupid people there are in the world. I wish I could do more to help make this world a beautiful place again where everyone can be loved and appreciated not just tolerated by the heartless ones. I've lost over 165lbs and I have loose skin on my stomach. It's been over 5yrs now...skin removal surgery isn't cheap. I'm really self conscious about my stomach area and if people are going after her like this...I'm speechless. But not speechless to cheer her on and congratulate her! Not everyone can say they lost over 300lbs.

Like you said. It jealousy. Most people don’t have her good looks and more than that, as you know, 99% of them don’t have the determination, the will, and the grit to hammer this type of thing out. I used to weigh 406lbs back in 2020 and with proper training and dieting i did a body recomp. People like coach Greg and others really helped me on that but something that isnt talked about is the mental battle you face with loose skin thats left over. I have tons of it. Whenever i see someone trying to lose weight or putting work in the gym i always encourage and compliment them. Its free. It doesnt cost anyone anything to be positive in this negative world. I always remember the first gymbros that encouraged me during my journey.

The sad truth about how toxic society is today.

As someone whom has battled back from 2 times being over 350 lbs in my lifetime, im left with abdominal hang that is hard to deal with. As someone mentioned .. getting the skin removed isnt easy as most goverments see it as " cosmetic ".
