Maniac Racing at NJMP Thunderbolt

R7 Racing's "Maniac" Team running our 1983 Lightweight NA Porsche 944 race car on the Thunderbolt track at NJ Motorsports Park at the Jersey Shore Region of PCA annual HPDE event. The car was very fast and performed without a hitch all day. You can see how a lower HP car can reel in and pass more powerful, "faster" cars when it is dialed in and driven well.

What was causing the audio to make it sound like you had a strange harmonic vibration the whole time, that accelerated and decelerated with speed? It almost sounds as if it has a V8 running on 7 cylinders.
