How do you leverage a single Smart Object to be placed throughout multiple PSDs and still be linked so when you edit the Smart Object in one PSD it automatically updates in all the other ones? This is exactly what I'm doing now – but how would you package all desktop, mobile and tablets to send to a client with all documents being linked to the same packaged linked folder – is this possible?

I've bought files in Envato market where there is a layer called "Change your logo here" and it automatically changes the data inside a smart object on the same file. That can be achieved using this method too? or am I missing something else?

Hey man do you know if having a smart object is better than having the real layer in terms of performance? I'm retouching a 28549x14894 panorama at 300dpi 16bit and with a 32gb ram computer and I'm running out of options

It seems hard to me.I don't understand many things.Let's see look at the tutorial :
Using the Smart object
**Select file > Place embedded any image(automatically created smart object)>
Click smart object icon/Select File>New>Select another image>Select duplicate layer in specific image which you want to change>Two layers will flatten or merged then Save(File menu)
Let see the change(Main file).
