Since we are playing with fantasy money that only the 1% of the 1% have anyway, allow me to offer this:
- the views are magnificent, and unlikely to be built out (although I never say never in Sydney)
- I could care less about the bags or anything you leave in the closets
- anyone with that kind of money already has his or her choice of cars but we haven't seen a garage.

Sell the trinkets and completely recreate the office to a standard befitting someone with this kind of money.
