And most deeply that going so deep into music - that was my main goal going out from 15yrs till 19yrs - out of time and out of tune, just into it, the feeling of sound, base, rhythm, vibrations, the all? The music, the beautiful infinite warm safe feeling of it - always felt home there ^^
I feel the rest of your lyrics too.
But with time I found out I can fit in everywhere I want to.
With me thats subcultures most of the time.
Punks, Surfers, HipHop-People, Skaters, Climbers, Snowboarders, Dancers, Rastas, Metal-Heads, Hippies, Goa and Rave people, People on the streets, Musicians and most Artists - at least if they are openminded and not too prestige-oriented. Everything down to up instead of up to down.
But I am sure that is veery very much more difficult as 1stly a Person with fame in the Showbiz- musicbiz and Entertainment-section of the media
2ndly as an astonishingly beautiful woman
And 3rdly -and for sure not with least effect- a black or brown (and again female and very attractive) person.
I hope deeply that you will find people and places where you can feel that you're not out of place, and that you belong.
There's always people like that out there. Theres so many of us humans out there feeling lost and acting strange, (in bad ways..) but I know that there are also many people, feeling lost or not, that managed to keep an open heart, or open it again, that are safe places and havens. We can build a better world. ^^
I'm sure you got some people like that in your life or you wouldn't be where you are, or here at all. But I think it's very beautiful of you, that you built such a beautiful, uplifting hymn for all people feeling that they can't fit in. Because most parts of our societies have such twisted focusses.. (I think it is not only bad if some people feel they can't fit into those.. but) it's a pity. :)
