Code Wars 1 - Python String Manipulation (Filter With Lambda, Enumerate, Reverse)

"Reverse every other word in the string" the first Code Wars exercise I am walking through. The language I chose for this exercise is Python, so if you are new to coding I recommend choosing that as well since I will go over my solution in that language.
