BJP needs 400 seats to change the Constitution: Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal alleged that BJP is seeking 400 seats to change the Constitution. "BJP put me in a false case and put me in jail. Whenever Bhagwant Maan used to come to meet me, I used to ask him whether the people of Punjab are happy, they are getting all the facilities or not. Modi does not need 400 seats to do big work, but to change the constitution made by Baba Saheb and end the reservation."
