Why I Decided to Start a Fitness YouTube Channel at 60 (CRAZY?)

Many of you have seen me in videos with my son, Will Tennyson, on his channel. I've got a lot to say, and thought it was time to step up and share with you what's worked for me to stay in shape and keep motivated. I want you to prioritize your health and fitness goals, and I hope to be a part of your success story!
