DIY Drip Irrigation | Easy Watering!

It gets pretty hot here in the South East USA and my garden can dry out pretty quick. Watering can take a long time for all the plants I have, so I set up a drip irrigation system that's also easy to winterize!

That brings me back to my first summer job at a tree farm. We did a LOT of drip line irrigation. A lot of work to set it up but it's good once it's set up. Those emitters do like to pop out on occasion though.

Have you ever thought about using drip tape for the long straight runs? It's usually cheaper and easier than the tubing (not that the tubing is especially difficult to use).

They do make 1" pvc to 3/4" pex. Shark bites are trash
