Never ever ride while you aren't concentrated. I understand loosing a family member is hard, but in this clip alone you could have been wiped of your bike 3 or 4 times. Then, after pissing of the blue pickup guy, the best way is to ignore him and keep your distance. That's the safer option usually. Last mistake in this clip is: You uploaded it, which might have been the reason for the arrest.

3:52 I've been trying my luck for the past 7 or so years with no significant problems. It's just a matter of having the correct motorbike with the correct tyres, ideally a supermoto or enduro with studded knobbies. The bikes in those clips did not have appropriate tyres. The winters can get pretty harsh around here in Finland, so if I can survive winter riding, it should be doable anywhere.

Just to clarify 2:36
I was filtering due to traffic being backed up the entire road, doing between 10 and 15km/h, being a rainy day I was taking it easy.
While filtering, I could see his vehicle for a few hundred meters. He switched on his indicator as I got behind him, I slammed on brakes, but since he already committed to turning, I could not avoid him.
Also note, I was clearly still on the left of the solid white line, till the point of impact, where I got dragged over onto the oncoming lane.
He was trying to talk me into a corner, while I was just syncing my phone to the camera, so we could both review the footage. I could see he was going to pin this all on me, since the only two witnesses were his highschool kids.
After he saw what happened in a clear video that I could pan in all 360 directions, he admitted he was not looking in his mirror at all, where he would have noticed my headlight gradually approaching. And asked really nicely not to report this to insurance, since with unrefutable video evidence, his insurance would hike up his premium.
At impact, I had almost come to a stop, but his vehicle still in motion pulled my bike with.
This kind of thing has happened before, on dry days, where I could drop a gear and out accelerate the vehicle, avoiding impact.

I understand you were going through a rough time, but what about other people? They can also be dealing with something hard.
