Few People Know This Method! How to connect PVC pipes without connectors
In this project i used a trick to connect 2 pvc pipes without using a connector and it looks so nice it's hard to play.

You just destroyed the pipe profile (thickness) by heating and it will not handle same pressure it was designed for. And it will be easier now to break. You simply use “inside pipe connector” and avoid doing what you did because it’s completely wrong practice.

Sounds like a neat idea but its not worth risking a weaker pipe by being a cheapo. Just buy the connector.

I believe it would be easier to make the diameter larger to fit in the male end than shown

Please no one do this. A connector is like 50 cents. And you don’t destroy structural integrity of the pipe.
