Actually, i am eligible for vice chancellor scholarship but university told me that all seats are occupied for this scholarship, and further offer me to apply for international merit scholarship(15%).

Can I avail this 15% scholarship for first sem. only and afterwards take vice chancellor for my upcoming semesters?
