This is so helpful. As an artist, drawing the human anatomy can be so so hard like omg. I think this a really cool way to see good constructive criticism!

I just stumbled across your channel. I have studied anatomy on my own since there was no where nearby to learn, Ive read most of the books on anatomy, Robert Beverly Hale, Burns Hogarth, , Albinus, George bookman, ect, I became a little frustrated because I could not advance beyond the books, I could not actually study the movement of the muscles or   understand them from various angles nor did I have any models (or corpses, kidding)to work from. Ive been getting back into it recently and just found your channel, I will be buying your course. From what Ive seen so far this is an outstanding course .I wish you were around 20 years ago. Now I don't have to worry about all my corpses falling apart  anymore! :) great videos

Very helpful critiques, sir! I find that accuracy of the skeletal lay-in is so important, but also one of the most difficult stages for me, even when knowing the proportions; that, and the fact that I am starting the _whole_ drawing with the lay-in (where there is pressure to do it perfectly or right), make it feel more difficult than it is.

Stan, have you ever considered teaching the Reilly abstractions in your channel? Many people, like me, always wanted to learn but there aren't many sources. The few that exist are too complicated, like the Faragasso book. Would be amazing to learn that information in an easy, acessible manner.

OMG, what happened to your
(j/k, it's not... _that_ bad.)

EDIT:: Thanks, Stan. This is invaluable. Esp. your comments on the thickness of the teres major and the connection points of the serratus.
