Have you had any issues with your writers all being in the same group? I normally keep my writers separate that way if one of them finds a better job, I didn't want them to share that with the other people writing for me at the time. I also didn't want them to build up an attachment to their peers in case I needed to let one or more of the writers go.

Another question - How do you keep them motivated? Do you offer any sort of bonus? When I hired writers, they would often start out good, and their quality would slide over time.
