I can't remember which Austin restaurant it is but I was looking for places to eat & looking at their menus and saw Poutine listed as an appetizer. I've never seen Poutine on a menu here before!

I never understood poutine. French fries should have a little crunch on the outside. So to see my french fries made soggy with liquid cheese - never looked good to me.
