Former president Donald Trump has made fun of Joe Biden's 14th-row seating placement at Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral service in Windsor Castle.

I've been in that Washington arena; things are choreographed absolutely to the minute. There is no excuse, none at all, to be late to the funeral of a head of state. The only thing that would excuse it is a terrorist attack on the Presidential motorcade that forced it to divert. Americans are going to be asking for an answer to Why was the President late?
