KI and family, though, have a home. It may be small, as is mine, but it's adequate. It needs a good cleaning. Why arent the family coming together to make the home neat and tidy? That has nothing to do with poverty. You don't need expensive ingredients to clean. Vinegar and baking soda work wonders.
8 p a day for each family member is still over 400 dollars a month..
If they go to a foodbank, they can save money. Shopping at thrift stores also saves money. Lots of rich ppl also shop thrift stores. They are not just for the poor.
They seem to have adequate space in their backyard. They should plant a garden. You can grow lots of your own food even in
Containers. Look for places that give seeds away or grow from veggies you already have.
Ppl need to stop comparing themselves to others. Find out what makes others successful in the same system we all live in.
What do successful ppl do that make them successful?

I grew up poor but didn’t know I was poor until I was grown. They have to be talking about the bills in front of the children. I was taught to work for it, if I wanted something. I just wonder if you asked the children what they like in life?

The kids should not be talked to about this stuff. I get that they are forced to live it but why do they know half the stuff they talk about? Because there parents are talking adult matters with them. Saying money is tight is one thing but puting this fear on them is trama

I see a lot of neglect, along with sadness:( Parents need to make better choices for their children, parents seem lazy. No excuse for a nasty place. You can have a low income and not be gross and neglectful. No excuses
